Commercial Finance Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Drive gross margin performance across projects, regions, and product lines.
• Implement margin controls across pricing, costing, procurement, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to assess deal and project profitability.
• Identify margin leakage, control costs, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide financial insight into project costing, cash flow, and working capital optimisation.
• Lead process improvements across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and project lifecycles.
• Oversee and optimise SAP Business ByDesign, including system adoption and automation.
• Manage and improve financial reporting, management accounts, margin reporting, and BI insights.
• Maintain strong financial governance and manage commercial, contractual, supply chain, and cross-border risks.
• Lead and develop the finance team while driving operational finance excellence.
