Financial Manager

Job Description: 

  • Prepare and present comprehensive management accounts
  • Develop, compile and interpret weekly business KPIs
  • Lead the budgeting process and financial planning
  • Coordinate annual financial statements in conjunction with auditors
  • Collaborate with ICT team on systems and reporting development
  • Assist General Manager of specific business unit in managing team(s)
  • Manage and mentor accounting staff
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the CFO

Qualifications: 

  • B Acc (CA) SA, and or CIMA certification qualification
  • Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI Reporting)
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or agriculture will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed pressure management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Willing to travel
