Job Description:
- Responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company
- Adept at optimising cost structures, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial commitments and forecasts.
- Highly skilled in CRM utilization & Syspro
- Building and implementation of forecast plans, business strategy and Opex control.
- Assess company performance in relation to annual budget and strategy.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate the financial viability and conduct the necessary due diligence to inform the decision making.
- Identifying and assessing business risk, within the portfolio, and ensure the implementation of necessary controls in mitigation.
- Oversee the finance department for the company. To drive high performance within the Finance function with a focus on teamwork and accountability, to deliver commercial performance in order to exceed the financial targets and positively contribute to working capital efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years experience post articles coupled with management/supervision of audits.
- Knowledge of BOM’s and experience in manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
- Based in Atlantis, must be willing to travel to Moorreesburg minimum twice a week.
- The finance professional must be registered with SAICA and fluent in both Afrikaans & English.
- Syspro system experience would be advantageous.
