Job Description: 

• Reconciling, capturing and processing of payments
• Capturing and processing of monthly accounting records in terms of IFRS
• Preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Calculating, completing, and submitting monthly VAT returns
• Calculating, completing, and submitting provisional and annual tax returns
• Preparation of budgets and regular monitoring of actual results against the budgets
• Processing of foreign currency transactions & revaluations
• Preparation of audit support schedules and liaising with auditors
• Submission of financial and compliance information on various platforms
• Cash management and cash flow tracking
• BEE compliance and procurement spend – kept up to date

Qualifications: 

• Qualified Professional Accountant
