Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
- Manage and execute day-to-day financial and administrative tasks
- Handle a high volume of administrative work accurately and efficiently
- Work across multiple systems, including CRM platforms, during system transitions
- Prepare, process and manage financial documentation and records
- Support the team during peak periods and assist in meeting critical deadlines
- Liaise with clients and occasionally attend or support client meetings
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial data
- Maintain organised, up-to-date electronic and manual records
- Adapt to changing processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent multitasking ability
- RE 5 qualification advantageous but not required
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy, particularly when working with numbers
- Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable working on multiple systems simultaneously
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience in financial services administration advantageous
- Exposure to estates, trusts, investments, life policies and medical aid administration advantageous
