Job Description:

  • Communicate professionally and friendly with farmers, buyers, and transporters via telephone.
  • Follow up on enquiries received through the company’s digital platform.
  • Accurately log and capture details of all conversations and enquiries on the company system.
  • Ensure enquiries are correctly transferred or escalated to the appropriate broker or team member.
  • Support communication between stakeholders within the agricultural supply chain.
  • Assist with managing incoming enquiries and ensure efficient follow-up.
  • Maintain clear and organised records of interactions and updates within the system

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with farmers, buyers, and transporters.
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture and log information.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology and internal systems.
  • Ability to work from the office during the initial onboarding period to gain a strong understanding of the business.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining good communication with the team
