Job Description:
- Communicate professionally and friendly with farmers, buyers, and transporters via telephone.
- Follow up on enquiries received through the company’s digital platform.
- Accurately log and capture details of all conversations and enquiries on the company system.
- Ensure enquiries are correctly transferred or escalated to the appropriate broker or team member.
- Support communication between stakeholders within the agricultural supply chain.
- Assist with managing incoming enquiries and ensure efficient follow-up.
- Maintain clear and organised records of interactions and updates within the system
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with farmers, buyers, and transporters.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture and log information.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and internal systems.
- Ability to work from the office during the initial onboarding period to gain a strong understanding of the business.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining good communication with the team
