Job Description:
- Bookkeeping
- Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Month-end processing and reconciliations
- Operations & Administration
- Placing stock orders with international suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders
- Obtaining shipping quotes from freight providers
- Coordinating import shipments and clearing documentation
- Liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Year’s bookkeeping experience
- Bookkeeping or accounting qualification preferred (not essential)
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, Sage, Pastel or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
