Logistics Administrator

Job Description:
- Request weights from clients / co-ops (via website)
- Print and capture weights in Baobab (Booked to Delivered)
- Stamp weights and forward them to the admin team
- Receive and sign for courier packages
- Check transporter invoices and capture them in Baobab
- Request corrected invoices from transporters if errors are found
- Pull remittances for payment purposes
- Capture disputed transporter invoices in Baobab
- Process transit losses in Pastel
- Create journals for transit losses
- File transporter invoices
- GIT (Goods in Transit)
- Keep the board updated with client tonnages
- Send remittances, proof of payment (POP), and transit loss details to transporters
SAGIS submissions:
- Every Monday for farm offloads
- Every 10th of the month for full stock declarations
Qualifications:
- Strong administration skills
- Work accurately and with attention to detail
- Be well-organised and able to plan effectively
- Be proficient in standard Excel formulas
