Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains neat and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist with filing and maintaining records (including creditors and other departmental support).
- Provide general office administration support such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookings.
- Support colleagues in different departments with routine tasks when needed.
- Order and manage office supplies for reception and shared spaces.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12); office administration qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
