Receptionist

Job Description:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for team members.
- Assist with general office administrative duties as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
- Support various departments with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks (e.g., sales expenses, company transactions).
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Provide customer service, assisting with client and vendor requests.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in agriculture (preferred) or relevant agricultural background.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Fully bilingual (English and [second language]).
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt (in-house training will be provided).
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
