Receptionist

Job Description: 

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for team members.
  • Assist with general office administrative duties as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
  • Support various departments with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks (e.g., sales expenses, company transactions).
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Provide customer service, assisting with client and vendor requests.

Qualifications: 

  • Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in agriculture (preferred) or relevant agricultural background.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Fully bilingual (English and [second language]).
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt (in-house training will be provided).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
