Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresh Produce)

Job Description: 

  • Drive sales growth across local and export markets by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Liaise with customers, growers, and freight agents to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Create and manage weekly customer price lists.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipment logistics.
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including branding, promotions, digital content, and trade events.
  • Assist in procurement by learning and eventually managing the purchase of flowers from farms for export.
  • Provide administrative support related to sales, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within agriculture, floriculture, fresh produce, or exports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, presentable, and client-focused.
  • Energetic, proactive, and resilient with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with solid administrative ability.
  • Willingness to work early morning hours (5:30am start, Tue–Fri; Saturdays every second week)
  • Flexibility to be available for calls and emails outside standard office hours when required.
  • Interest in learning procurement and logistics as part of long-term growth.
