Stock Controller

Job Description:

• Coordinate movement and availability of crop solution products between suppliers, head office and depots
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability and minimal shortages/excess
• Support working capital management through effective stock control and planning
• Track stock movements and ensure accurate record keeping
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth stock flow
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and supply issues
• Ensure alignment between stock management and customer demand requirements
• Maintain accurate reporting on stock levels and performance

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in stock control / inventory / logistics
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter with a structured and disciplined approach
• Strong problem-solving ability
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work well within a team
