Job Description:

• Lead and expand an established engineering team (mechanical, electrical & controls).
• Recruit, mentor, and develop technical talent for long-term growth.
• Oversee factory operations and build a structured operations team to increase production.
• Drive process, quality, and efficiency improvements across engineering and manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with the MD (SA) and CEO (US) on strategy and growth execution.
• Play a pivotal role in preparing the business for both relocation and global expansion.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior engineering & operations leadership experience.
• Background in mechanical / electrical / controls engineering (pumps, water systems, or manufacturing experience a strong plus).
• Proven ability to scale teams and operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, and project delivery.
• A collaborative, forward-thinking leader excited to take on the challenge of relocation and expansion.
