OEM Monitoring Technician

Job Description:

• Monitor solar PV and energy sites through plant monitoring portals three times daily.
• Identify and escalate inverter faults, communication issues, offline equipment and grid-related problems.
• Complete daily site status reports and maintain accurate incident records.
• Log and track equipment faults, support tickets and warranty claims with OEMs and suppliers.
• Follow up on open supplier and warranty cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor site connectivity, SIM card data usage and communication systems.
• Provide remote technical support to service technicians and project teams.
• Assist with diagnostics, site documentation and interpretation of Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Participate in weekend standby duties to monitor and escalate critical site outages.
