Product Support Technician

Job Description:

Specialise on all technical aspects of the full product range
Render technical support to dealer workshops and clients.
Perform all physical technical work as required.
To assist with the correct assembly and repairing of the implements as per specification in warehouse and field.
Assist with customers and employees with parts requirements and technical information.
To assist our representatives to promote and sell equipment.

Qualifications:

Experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
A technical qualification with background preferably in Agricultural machinery and spares.
Knowledge of various farming practices, techniques and equipment.
Experience with precision agricultural systems will be to your advantage.
High level of computer literacy.
An aptitude towards customer liaison with good communication skills.
Great organisational skills and high level of neatness.
A positive outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of energy are required.
The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
Self-discipline to work without supervision with strict deadlines and work under pressure.
Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently.
Willing to travel extensively for work within RSA and occasionally rest of Africa.
