Product Support Technician

Job Description:
- Specialise on all technical aspects of the full product range
- Render technical support to dealer workshops and clients.
- Perform all physical technical work as required.
- To assist with the correct assembly and repairing of the implements as per specification in warehouse and field.
- Assist with customers and employees with parts requirements and technical information.
- To assist our representatives to promote and sell equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
- A technical qualification with background preferably in Agricultural machinery and spares.
- Knowledge of various farming practices, techniques and equipment.
- Experience with precision agricultural systems will be to your advantage.
- High level of computer literacy.
- An aptitude towards customer liaison with good communication skills.
- Great organisational skills and high level of neatness.
- A positive outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of energy are required.
- The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
- Self-discipline to work without supervision with strict deadlines and work under pressure.
- Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently.
- Willing to travel extensively for work within RSA and occasionally rest of Africa.
