Job Description: 

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
  • Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Promote and sell solutions, products, services, and enterprise offerings.
  • Research customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and protect confidential business information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, legislation, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  •  Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Experience in enterprise solutions, projects, product, or services sales.
  • Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding and ability to work with technical teams.
  • Financial understanding of OPEX, CAPEX, margins, and debtors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Understanding of relevant compliance and legislation requirements.
