Job Description:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Promote and sell solutions, products, services, and enterprise offerings.
- Research customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and protect confidential business information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, legislation, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience in enterprise solutions, projects, product, or services sales.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical understanding and ability to work with technical teams.
- Financial understanding of OPEX, CAPEX, margins, and debtors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Understanding of relevant compliance and legislation requirements.
