Job Description:

Analyse business operations, strategies and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate digital enhancements that add business value and reduce operational risks.
Manage the direction, development and backlog of digital products.
Translate business requirements into actionable epics, user stories and features.
Lead digital initiatives from initial analysis and design through to implementation and user adoption.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop effective solutions.
Support system design, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure digital products align with business objectives and strategic goals.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Promote Agile and DevOps best practices across teams.
Support change management and successful adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree or courses in Business Analysis, Agile, DevOps, Product Ownership or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and continuous improvement.
Background in Business Analytics and business process analysis.
Experience with system design, digital enhancements and product development.
Proven experience collaborating with technical teams.
Strong understanding of business operations, systems thinking and team dynamics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and organisational skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Innovative, adaptable and comfortable leading change.
Ability to understand Afrikaans highly advantageous.
