Job Description: 

  • Lead Data Collection & Management by identifying, collecting, and extracting data from ERP systems, external databases, and other sources to build comprehensive datasets
  • Ensure Data Quality & Processing through cleaning, validating, and processing raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop Business Intelligence Reporting by creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time performance monitoring
  • Design Data Visualisation & Insights with clear and impactful visualisations that communicate complex findings to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Drive Process Automation by building and deploying Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting, data collection, and stakeholder communication
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering with finance, commercial, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Agricultural Economics with data analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting role, ideally with exposure to automation and process improvement (we will also consider new entrants to the job market)
  • Experience in agriculture, exports, FMCG, or supply chain sectors is advantageous but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data models, DAX measures, dashboards)
  • Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint integration
  • Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data in a business and market context
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, always looking for process improvement opportunities
