Food Technologist

Job Description:

• Monitor production processes, product quality, and compliance with food-safety requirements.
• Conduct GMP, hygiene, food-safety, and process inspections.
• Verify production documentation, traceability records, and quality checks are accurately completed.
• Monitor critical production parameters including temperatures, weights, yields, and CCPs.
• Investigate process deviations, product failures, complaints, and non-conformances, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist with SOPs, HACCP studies, risk assessments, audits, product trials, and shelf-life studies.
• Analyse production and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train production employees on processes, product specifications, hygiene, and food-safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development, and suppliers to resolve production and quality issues.
