Job Description:

• General management of Food Safety and Health Systems.
• Management of Safety and Quality in the workplace.
• Manage the daily production processes efficiently and effectively.
• Control and coordinate all aspects of personnel i.e. performance management, attendance, work schedules, etc.
• Ensure that proposed standards are consistently applied.
• Function effectively within a management team
• Pro-active approach in the execution of duties and planning.
• Ensure Neatness, Accuracy, Cost awareness within the workplace to the benefit of the Company.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate Tertiary qualification in a Food and/or Food Science field
• Excellent planning, organizing and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office and Sage X3
