Job Description:

  • Strategic Business Development
    • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
    • Identify high-value growth opportunities through industry analysis, market intelligence, and strategic networking.
    • Lead complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation in line with commercial governance and under supervision Sales Executive
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and intelligence to management.
  • Key Account Management
    • Build, retain, and expand strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored modular and container solutions.
    • Facilitate quarterly account reviews, performance feedback, and strategic planning with top-tier clients.
    • Drive customer retention, ensure service excellence, and manage risk across accounts.
  • Operational Alignment & Leadership
    • Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure efficient deployment, installation, and lifecycle management of units.
    • Oversee contract execution, service-level adherence, and issue resolution across accounts.
    • Provide guidance, insights, and feedback to internal teams to improve processes, pricing, and customer experience.
    • Represent the Sales function in internal meetings, cross-functional projects, and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Essential).
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (strongly advantageous).
  • Minimum 4–6 years proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in an Account Management or senior B2B role.
  • Experience within logistics, construction, industrial products, or a similar technical solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing key accounts and achieving high-value sales targets.
  • Experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to design consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Ability to interpret market data, analyse opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape region.
  • Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
