Brand Manager

Job Description:

  • Support the development and execution of the overall brand and product strategy
  • Contribute to brand and product strategy by analysing market trends, insights, and statistical data.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing communications (ATL, BTL and digital) that inspire, passion, belief and pride in the brand
  • Oversee the management of brand collateral
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager on innovative growth strategies, product development, pricing and new launches to address market gaps and establish leadership in the category
  • Implement and manage digital activation strategy across the brand
  • Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of both internal and external brand events
  • Design and maintain the internal and corporate communication plan
  • Manage company profile across social media platforms
  • Develop and maintain digital metrics and benchmarks to measure the quality of growth and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Certificate & National Diploma in Marketing
  • Digital Marketing Certification
  • Proficient in social media marketing, SEO, website traffic analysis, and various digital platforms
  • Skilled in delivering presentations to cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
  • Creativity and conceptualisation skills
