Job Description:

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining in-product content, user guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, and workflow explanations.
  • Executing content updates required for new product features, enhancements, or services.
  • Ensuring sustainability and product content is clear, accurate, and easy to apply in practice.
  • Taking ownership of content priorities and driving tasks independently from planning through to completion.
  • Managing multiple content workstreams in parallel, while effectively prioritising work based on agreed direction.
  • Coordinating inputs from Product, Knowledge, Client Success, and other internal teams.
  • Tracking progress, dependencies, and delivery of content updates.
  • Updating content in response to recurring customer questions and support queries.
  • Improving self-service and onboarding materials to support confident, independent product use.
  • Helping reduce operational load on Customer Success teams through better content.
  • Capturing feedback from content usage, customer interactions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Surfacing gaps, risks, and recurring issues to the Product Success Lead.
  • Maintaining clear records of content changes so that context, rationale, and history are preserved over time.
  • Maintain a systematic version control system to ensure all content revisions are clearly tracked and managed.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrable passion for sustainability and an understanding of key concepts such as carbon emissions measurement, life cycle assessment, and broader climate change discourse.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree (e.g. BSc in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Sustainability, or similar) would be beneficial, particularly where it provides a strong grounding in sustainability concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sustainability concepts into clear, structured, and practical guidance.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with outstanding planning, prioritisation, and follow-through abilities.
  • A highly organised and methodical working style, with the ability to structure information and maintain clear records so that context and history are not lost.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and online platforms, and a willingness to learn new systems.
