Internal Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • Swiftly attend to customer’s telephonic or personal queries.
  • Assisting customers to identify their exact requirements.
  • Completing quotations.
  • Following up on aged quotations.
  • Creating and processing sales orders.
  • Requesting credits (form Office Manager)
  • Following up on outstanding payments for goods to be delivered.
  • Completing factory orders.
  • Submit orders to factory.
  • Following up on outstanding orders.
  • Informing/ updating customers on progress
  • Preparing daily cash up register for cash sales.
  • Grouping and filing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Counting stock.
  • Reporting variances.
  • Re-checking variances.
  • Performing other related tasks requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Matriculated
  • Three years sales experience in trailer axle and component or other relevant industry.
  • Good verbal communication in English and Afrikaans (Speak, read and write).
  • Technical acumen (related to the product range and application thereof).
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
