Job Description:
- Swiftly attend to customer’s telephonic or personal queries.
- Assisting customers to identify their exact requirements.
- Completing quotations.
- Following up on aged quotations.
- Creating and processing sales orders.
- Requesting credits (form Office Manager)
- Following up on outstanding payments for goods to be delivered.
- Completing factory orders.
- Submit orders to factory.
- Following up on outstanding orders.
- Informing/ updating customers on progress
- Preparing daily cash up register for cash sales.
- Grouping and filing of invoices and credit notes.
- Counting stock.
- Reporting variances.
- Re-checking variances.
- Performing other related tasks requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Matriculated
- Three years sales experience in trailer axle and component or other relevant industry.
- Good verbal communication in English and Afrikaans (Speak, read and write).
- Technical acumen (related to the product range and application thereof).
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
