Job Description:

Capital Raising & Investor Relations
- Engage with potential investors and assist in raising capital funds
- Maintain relationships with existing investors and provide regular updates
- Present investment opportunities and assist in client meetings
- Assist in structuring and launching new investment funds
- Identify and approach new potential capital partners
Business Development & Marketing
- Help grow assets under management (AUM)
- Assist in building and launching new investment strategies and funds
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote investment products
- Assist with investor presentations, newsletters and marketing material
- Support digital marketing, thought leadership and brand building initiatives
Investment Analysis
- Analyse listed and unlisted investment opportunities
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Assist with due diligence on private equity opportunities
- Prepare investment memorandums
Operations & Reporting
- Assist with portfolio reporting for investors
- Basic bookkeeping and financial administration (Xero)
- Maintain investment data and models in Excel
