Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy and budget
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, track competitors, and refine strategy
- Align marketing efforts with company objectives, growth targets, and strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Management
- Implement a relationship marketing strategy, including TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) initiatives for customers and internal team
- Digital Marketing and Content Management
- Plan and manage multi-channel content calendars (LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter)
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance (LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Oversee newsletter design, content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance
- Create SEO-optimized website updates, monthly blogs, and keyword enhancements
- Podcast and Campaigns
- Coordinate podcast strategy, guest outreach, recording, editing, and publishing
- Repurpose podcast content across channels to increase brand reach
- Support awareness campaigns around recycling, sustainability, and event participation
- Event and Collateral Management
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events with logistics, design, and marketing support
- Track ROI for events (leads generated, cost per lead, deals closed)
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, company profile, and marketing collateral
- Lead Generation & CRM Alignment
- Support lead generation from online and offline sources
- Upload leads to CRM and assist with segmentation for targeted follow-ups
- Analyze lead performance monthly and recommend optimizations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years experience in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and/or sustainability sectors
- Proficiency in digital tools
- Strong copywriting and project management capabilities
