Job Description:

• The Production Coordinator to work closely with Brand Manager(s) to manage the successful roll-out of all seasonal menu and promotional campaign launches.
• The Production Coordinator to work closely with the Brand Manager(s), Marketing Administrator and Visual Merchandiser to ensure that new/revamped stores are ready to trade on the day of opening.
• The Production Coordinator to assist operational teams (corporate and franchise), to make sure that all store environments are always up to date with the correct materials.
• The Production Coordinator to provide administrative and financial support to the team.
• The Production Coordinator to manage stock on behalf of the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate
• National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management
• Previous marketing working experience will be advantageous
• Proof reading and command of the English language
