Job Description: 

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Create high-quality, eye-catching, and on-brand content (graphics, photos, videos, captions, and stories).
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Write compelling captions and copy that align with brand voice.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, recruitment, etc.) to align social media with business goals.
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone across all channels. 

Qualifications: 

  • Marketing degree or diploma
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio or examples required).
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Passionate about social media, with knowledge of current trends and platform best practices.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead, manage deadlines, and work on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret social media insights and adapt strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
