Nightshift Manager

Job Description:

•  Oversee all night shift depot and stock activities
• Monitor and control incoming and outgoing stock
• Ensure trucks are correctly loaded, parked, and prepared for deliveries
• Check delivery documentation and stock records
• Supervise night shift staff and ensure procedures are followed
• Monitor vehicle movements and report any irregularities or issues
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order within the depot
• Handle urgent operational issues during the night shift
• Complete shift reports and provide feedback to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in logistics, transport, FMCG, or stock control will be advantageous
• Willingness to work permanent night shift
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
