Training Officer

Job Description: 

• Assist with execution of Training Strategy
• Compile training plans with entity managers and stakeholders
• Establish training needs, plan training and report on outcomes
• Assist with induction training of production teams
• Assist with planning of skills development for employees
• Report on Learning and Development actions and Trainers
• Relevant training administration

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in Training Management
• 5 Years proven experience in training in an agricultural environment
• Operational knowledge of AgriSETA
• Knowledge of QCTO and Skills Development (B-BBEEE) will be advantageous
• Competent in MS Office
• Proficient in Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa and / or Setswana
