Job Description: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute design asset for social media, digital ads, presentations, and print materials.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand collateral including brochures, flyers, business cards, and internal documents.
  • Produce graphics for web, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Prepare artwork for production and liaise with external vendors when necessary.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from senior team members.
  • Maintain an organised workflow while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Report on project progress and present design work to senior management when required.
  • Remain calm and focused under pressure while delivering high-quality results on tight timelines.

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual composition.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design.
  • Ability to manage feedback, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines without compromising creativity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to present ideas to senior management.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms; basic understanding of UX/UI principles is advantageous
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Video editing, animation, or photography skills.
