Job Description:

Develop, standardise, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports for stakeholders (e.g., Budget vs Actual, Projections, Efficiencies, Material Usage).
Design, implement, and continuously improve Power BI-based reporting solutions for business users.
Manage and maintain specified master data tables within ERP systems and related databases, ensuring proper procedures, governance, and change management controls.
Review and enhance procurement processes, drive efficiencies, and develop improved reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
Compile annual branch and capital budgets.
Administer and maintain all pricing-related data, including buying groups, customer groups, national price lists, and associated ERP tables.
Lead initiatives to collect, analyse, and report business information aimed at improving profitability and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with, and continuous improvement of, existing practices, policies, standards, and procedures.
Manage, mentor, and support staff within the department and across the broader business.

Qualifications:

CA / CIMA qualified or part qualified.
5-7 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing/plastics and working with large datasets.
Strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, and analytics/Al tools.
Proven ability to work independently and manage/support staff.
Knowledge of financial and operational functions; exposure to warehousing and distribution advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record in process efficiency improvements.
Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and training.
