Job Description:

• Develop content ideas and create graphics, videos (reels) and copy
• Plan and manage a content calendar
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Engage with the community and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive messaging
• Support with email marketing and product launches

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Confident in Canva, Adobe or similar design tools
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Graphic design background
• Email marketing experience
• Meta advertising knowledge
• Shopify knowledge
