Financial Manager

Job Description:

• Own full financial management across multiple entities (reporting, consolidation, and monthly close)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting
• Oversee intercompany transactions, FX exposure, and group structure
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage and develop a finance team (debtors, creditors, HR, accounting)
• Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance across jurisdictions
• Act as key contact for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or strong relevant experience
• 3–8 years’ experience in a senior finance role within a group/multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and consolidations
• Experience managing teams and driving accountability
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP experience advantageous
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction environments (SA + international preferred)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
