Front Office Assistant

Job Description:
- Assist with daily front office operations, including reception and answering calls
- Handle guest enquiries and assist with accommodation bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
- Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator
- Help coordinate guest logistics for events and functions
- Support the management of accommodation on the estate
- Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring rooms are prepared to standard
- Maintain accurate booking records and general admin duties
- Support day-to-day operational needs as the accommodation offering expands
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar
- 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or administrative role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional and well-presented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a 45-hour week, including occasional Saturdays
