Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description: 

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, beach and pool service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards across all outlets.
• Manage daily F&B operations, service standards, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Implement and manage food and beverage cost controls to improve profitability.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, gross profit margins, and waste management.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, stock counts, and reconciliations.
• Manage bar operations, including beverage controls, menu management, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure accurate revenue capture and POS compliance across all outlets.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams on menu engineering, recipe costing, and profitability analysis.
• Lead, train, and manage F&B and bar teams, focusing on service standards and cost awareness.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience in full-inclusive or resort-style operations advantageous.
• Strong background in food and beverage cost control and profitability management.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant and bar outlets.
• Strong financial, stock control, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, staff training, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail and luxury guest service focus.
