Job Description:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, beach and pool service.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards across all outlets.
- Manage daily F&B operations, service standards, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Implement and manage food and beverage cost controls to improve profitability.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, gross profit margins, and waste management.
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, stock counts, and reconciliations.
- Manage bar operations, including beverage controls, menu management, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure accurate revenue capture and POS compliance across all outlets.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams on menu engineering, recipe costing, and profitability analysis.
- Lead, train, and manage F&B and bar teams, focusing on service standards and cost awareness.
- Prepare operational and financial reports, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Experience in full-inclusive or resort-style operations advantageous.
- Strong background in food and beverage cost control and profitability management.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant and bar outlets.
- Strong financial, stock control, and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, staff training, and team development skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote resort environment.
- Strong attention to detail and luxury guest service focus.
