Job Description:
- Oversee the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of a luxury remote beach resort.
- Manage all operational departments, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations.
- Lead Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, dining experiences, and cost control.
- Drive profitability through budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimisation, and financial reporting.
- Oversee maintenance, engineering, spa, wellness, and guest activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a strong service culture.
- Maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, ownership, and head office.
- Support sustainability, conservation, and responsible tourism initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years’ senior hotel or resort management experience.
- Proven experience in a luxury or remote hospitality environment.
- Strong Food & Beverage and financial management experience.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience managing maintenance and operations in a coastal or remote setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
