Job Description:
- Stock Count, Stock Control, Ordering of Stock
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services within a hotel, restaurant, or event venue.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, including cost control and inventory management.
- Plan menus and ensure they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure proper liquor control, including compliance with licensing laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Proficient in Semper system
