Job Description: 

  • Oversee the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of a luxury remote beach resort.
  • Manage all operational departments, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations.
  • Lead Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, dining experiences, and cost control.
  • Drive profitability through budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimisation, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee maintenance, engineering, spa, wellness, and guest activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a strong service culture.
  • Maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, ownership, and head office.
  • Support sustainability, conservation, and responsible tourism initiatives.

Qualifications: 

  • 8–10 years’ senior hotel or resort management experience.
  • Proven experience in a luxury or remote hospitality environment.
  • Strong Food & Beverage and financial management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience managing maintenance and operations in a coastal or remote setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
