Junior Industrial Engineer & Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Support farm and garden operations by implementing technology, analysing data, and improving operational processes.
• Analyse production, labour, resource, cost, and profitability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Assist with the implementation and optimisation of agricultural and horticultural technologies and existing farm systems.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, and profitability across different farming activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with operational teams, managers, and technical stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes.
