National Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple stores and regions to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Lead, manage, and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, Trainers, and other direct reports.
• Monitor store sales, budgets, controllable costs, labour costs, repairs, and maintenance expenditure.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and provide consolidated reports to senior management.
• Ensure stores comply with operational procedures, administration requirements, food safety, OHS, and relevant labour legislation.
• Drive performance management, workforce planning, training, and employee development.
• Work with internal teams to successfully implement product launches, seasonal changes, and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and service providers.
• Identify operational improvements and potential opportunities for store and regional growth.
