Job Description:
- Drive new product development from concept through to launch.
- Identify market opportunities and consumer trends in the health and wellness industry.
- Support product innovation and development for retail markets.
- Ensure products meet relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate product opportunities from a commercial perspective.
- Coordinate the product development process to ensure successful launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD).
- Background in the health and wellness industry.
- Experience in retail and product innovation.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong commercial awareness and market understanding.
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive projects from concept to launch.
