Senior Electrician/ Site Supervisor

Job Description:
- Install, maintain and upgrade electrical systems at data centres and telecommunications sites, including UPS, rectifiers, MV/LV systems and distribution boards.
- Build distribution boards and perform routine inspections, fault-finding and electrical repairs.
- Lead and supervise local site teams, plan work schedules and ensure projects remain on track.
- Work independently on-site and collaborate with the wider project team.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and electrical standards.
- Support the development of site operations and progress towards project management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Qualified electrician with a recognised trade test certificate.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, UPS and rectifier installation, MV/LV systems and distribution board production.
- Experience working independently in the field and as part of a team.
- Previous team supervision experience.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Willingness to relocate to Luanda and travel to sites across Angola.
