Electrical Facilitators

Job Description:
- Plan and deliver theoretical and practical electrical training for Modules M0–M6.
- Demonstrate electrical tasks and supervise practical workshop activities.
- Enforce safe working practices during training.
- Support learners throughout a three-year electrical learnership programme.
- Monitor learner competence, identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
- Maintain lesson plans, attendance registers and learner progress records.
- Prepare learners for programme assessments and trade test qualification.
- Facilitate training for a new intake of 30 learners across both training sites.
Qualifications:
- Qualified, trade-tested electrician.
- Relevant electrical industry experience.
- Strong electrical knowledge and practical competence relevant to Modules M0–M6.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver effective training.
- Ability to manage a practical workshop and supervise learners safely.
- Availability to deliver training at both Paarl and Atlantis sites.
