Bookkeeper

Job Description:

  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
  • Processing of debtors and creditors
  • Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Capturing and maintaining financial records on Xero
  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting
  • General office administration and support
  • Assisting management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks

Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate
  • Bookkeeping Certificate or Diploma would be beneficial
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
