Financial Accountant

Job Description: 

•  Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  
• Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.
  
• Commission Management: Accurately record and reconcile commissions between the CommSpace and Sage systems, ensuring precise calculations in line with compensation agreements.
  
• External Audits: Assist with external audits, address findings, and implement recommendations to enhance financial processes.
  
• Payments & Vendor Management: Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain positive relationships with service providers.

Qualifications: 

• Matric and relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  
• Relevant accreditation (e.g., SAIPA) is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software, including Sage and Comm Space.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
