Financial Manager

Job Description:

• Lead monthly reporting and tax submissions
• Keep company fully compliant with financial regulations and CIPC requirements
• Manage payments, legal agreements, insurance, and credit applications
• Partner with auditors and strengthen internal controls
• Mentor and manage departmental staff across production units
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Take ownership of exciting ad hoc finance projects

Qualifications:

• Strong finance background with management experience (minimum 8 years)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Skilled in compliance, reporting, and financial systems
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Relevant tertiary finance qualification
• CA(SA) qualification will be to your advantage
• Agriculture industry experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel as needed from time to time
