Senior Debtors Controller

Job Description:

• Manage the complete debtors process, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections.
• Monitor and manage clients’ credit limits and payment terms.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyse monthly debtors reports, including age analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve invoicing issues.
• Prepare debtors performance reports for senior management.
• Identify potential risks and recommend actions to reduce bad debt.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial systems and ERP software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
