Job Description:

  • Receiving and transferring incoming calls
  • Management of the office inbox
  • Office management (supplies, functions etc.)
  • General project assistance
  • Sales administration support
  • Receiving and welcoming guests
  • Guest accommodation and transport bookings

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in administration, business, or other relevant qualification.
  • Experience in office administration, client relationship work, sustainable farming or certification would be beneficial.
  • High level of computer literacy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
