Job Description:
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls
- Management of the office inbox
- Office management (supplies, functions etc.)
- General project assistance
- Sales administration support
- Receiving and welcoming guests
- Guest accommodation and transport bookings
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in administration, business, or other relevant qualification.
- Experience in office administration, client relationship work, sustainable farming or certification would be beneficial.
- High level of computer literacy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
