Front Office Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist with daily front office operations, including reception and answering calls
  • Handle guest enquiries and assist with accommodation bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator
  • Help coordinate guest logistics for events and functions
  • Support the management of accommodation on the estate
  • Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring rooms are prepared to standard
  • Maintain accurate booking records and general admin duties
  • Support day-to-day operational needs as the accommodation offering expands

Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar
  • 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a 45-hour week, including occasional Saturdays
